Your four-year apprenticeship at Rollstar
In cooperation with other experts, designers develop and design individual parts and assemblies for devices, machines or plants as well as tools and devices for production.
You process orders, specifications or parts of projects. You create production, assembly and test documents and develop the required production data. For the operation and maintenance of the products, they prepare appropriate instructions and documentation.

My name is Nils and I am currently in my second year of apprenticeship as a designer here at Rollstar AG in Egliswil.
I have the opportunity to work on many very varied and exciting projects. I really like the work here at Rollstar, also because I feel very comfortable in the team. Soon I will attend the second inter-company course at Libs in Baden. In the winter I will complete the workshop internship.
My name is Nadine and I am in my third year of apprenticeship as a designer at Rollstar AG.
All inter-company courses are now behind me and I have also successfully completed the partial examination. Now I am looking forward to an exciting second part of my training in this great team in such a modern workplace.
My name is Robin and I am now going through my fourth and final year of training as an EFZ designer at Rollstar AG.
Slowly the final sprint is approaching and soon I will take my school and company exams to acquire my EFZ.
I have loved coming to work here since my first year of apprenticeship. I enjoy working in a very harmonious team and enjoy working on the unique assignments with impressive gears.
